The Effects of Industrial Environmental Uncertainty on Exhibition Performance and Satisfaction through Information Quality and Information Utilization

This study empirically analyzes the effects of information quality on exhibition performance and satisfaction through information utilization, while examining the moderating effect of industrial environmental uncertainty. A survey was conducted with 150 domestic exhibition companies using structural equation modeling. The results showed information quality dimensions significantly influenced information utilization, with usefulness showing the strongest effect (β=0.267, p<0.001). Information utilization demonstrated significant positive effects on participation performance, with market information being most influential (β=0.298, p<0.001). In addition, industrial environmental uncertainty showed significant moderating effects. This study demonstrates that high-quality information services enhance exhibition performance and satisfaction through strategic utilization.
