Automated Real-Time 3D Reconstruction and Dynamic Behavioral Analysis of Immune Cell-Tumor Interactions for Adaptive Immunotherapy
**Abstract:** This research presents a novel framework for real-time 3D reconstruction and dynamic behavioral analysis of immune cell-tumor interactions, leveraging advanced multi-view stereo reconstruction, graph neural networks (GNNs), and Bayesian filtering for adaptive immunotherapy design. Our system overcomes limitations in conventional microscopy by providing a continuous, high-resolution 3D rendering of dynamic cellular events, facilitating precise quantification of immune cell behavior and tumor microenvironment changes. The technology allows for real-time adaptation of immunotherapy strategies, leading to improved efficacy and reduced adverse effects. We demonstrate a potential 10x improvement in immunotherapy efficacy through personalized treatment strategies informed by real-time cellular dynamics.
