Epidemiology, Evolution, and Biological Characteristics of Avian Influenza A (H11) Viruses from Wild Birds

This dataset contains the raw data and supplementary materials associated with the manuscript “Epidemiology, Evolution, and Biological Characteristics of Avian Influenza A (H11) Viruses from Wild Birds” (Manuscript ID: 251323655), submitted to Virulence. The files include: Raw experimental data: body weight loss and virus titers of representative H11 viruses in mice, receptor-binding specificity assays. Sequence data: HA genes of 1,003 H11 avian influenza viruses (1956–2024), and the corresponding maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree file. Supplementary tables: host information of H11 viruses isolated from wild birds in Jiangsu Province (2022–2024), and molecular markers identified in H11 viruses. Supplementary materials: additional supporting files for figures and analyses (TableS1-S7). All files are provided under a CC-BY license and are freely accessible for peer review and public use.
