EOSC Track - D5.2 Dissemination, communication and exploitation plan

The primary objective of the Dissemination, Communication, and Exploitation Plan is to promote the acceptance and uptake of the EOSC Open Science Observatory by key actor groups across Europe. This document represents the second version of the Dissemination, Communication, and Exploitation Plan and will be updated in M18 to reflect the evolving needs of the project and its stakeholders, ensuring that our strategies remain effective and responsive to the dynamic Open Science landscape. For the EOSC Track project, we have identified five primary audience segments: stakeholders, partners, end-users, and the general public. To achieve our communication and dissemination objectives, we will utilize a variety of channels, each chosen to target specific audience segments and deliver tailored messages effectively. The exploitation plan for the EOSC Track project is designed to leverage the project’s outcomes and further its objectives. The primary aim is to establish a robust monitoring and evaluation infrastructure for Open Science, utilizing the EOSC Open Science Observatory as a central tool. The exploitation plan is strategically structured into two complementary strands: the technical exploitation of tools and services, and the adoption and implementation of monitoring frameworks and indicators. To effectively measure the progress and success of the EOSC Track project, a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) has been established. These KPIs provide clear targets and deadlines, ensuring that the project stays on track and achieves its objectives. The KPIs cover various areas of the project, detailing specific goals and timelines to guide the team’s efforts and ensure accountability. By implementing this strategic approach, the EOSC Track project aims to advance Open Science practices, create a collaborative research ecosystem, and ensure the long-term sustainability and impact of the EOSC Open Science Observatory across Europe. * This project deliverable is currently pending approval by the EC.
