Revisión de literatura sobre el uso de IA y gamificación con chatbots en la enseñanza de logística para ingeniería industrial

The text analyzes the integration of artificial intelligence and gamification through chatbots in the teaching of logistics for industrial engineering students. Through a systematic literature review, studies on these technologies were examined, highlighting their potential to transform education in logistics by fostering personalization, motivation and hands-on learning. However, research in this field is still limited, characterized mainly by qualitative and descriptive approaches, with little practical implementation and lack of specific pedagogical models. 77 sources were exhaustively analyzed, mostly articles in English and indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. Among the main findings, gaps in the development of specialized chatbots were identified, the rigorous evaluation of their impact on specific competencies and the effective integration of these technologies into curricula. The need for longitudinal and experimental studies to establish causal relationships and evaluate the long-term impact was also highlighted. It is concluded that, although there is growing interest, greater collaboration between researchers, educators and technology developers is essential, as well as the creation of integrative pedagogical strategies that adapt these tools to the particularities of logistics in industrial engineering.
