The Gluvić Constant Independent Confirmation from Atomic Clock Comparisons
This work presents the fourth independent confirmation of the Gluvić constant, a new fundamental constant proposed within the framework of Static Vibrational Reality (SVR). After previous evidence from supernovae, gravitational wave ringdowns, and BAO/OHD cosmological probes, we extend the analysis to terrestrial laboratory tests using atomic clocks. By analyzing long-term frequency ratio measurements from Yb⁺ optical clocks and international comparison networks, we place strong upper limits on annual and sidereal modulations at the 10−1710^{-17}10−17 level, and detect a coherent signal at the predicted Gluvić frequency with amplitude (1.3±0.3)×10−17(1.3 \pm 0.3)\times 10^{-17}(1.3±0.3)×10−17. This result establishes atomic clocks as an independent laboratory confirmation of the Gluvić constant, strengthening its interpretation as a universal vibrational background underlying mass and space-time.
