Wind Power Integrated Two-Stage Distribution-ally Robust Optimization Dispatch in Power Systems
Abstract: With the continuous advancement of power market reform, the impact of large-user direct power purchase on power systems has become increasingly significant. Considering the uncertainty and variability of wind power, this paper proposes a first-order Markov chain model with interval characteristics, and constructs a data-driven two-stage distribution-ally robust optimization model for large-user direct power purchase. The first stage uses wind farm forecast scenarios as input and optimizes a robust day-ahead dispatch plan. In the second stage, controllable units in the region adjust outputs flexibly to respond to wind power uncertainties. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed model can effectively improve economic performance and system peak regulation capacity when large users participate in the power system.
