Role of Extremophiles in Extreme Environment and Its Biochemical Property for Plant Growth and Application in Agriculture

Ghee- Extremophiles are organisms capable of surviving and flourishing in what human classify as extreme condition. The Conventional method is ineffective under extreme circumstances such as significant temperature, pH variation, high salinity, high acidity and thus more due to various limitations. Extremophiles are the group which have ability to adapt and survive in the Harsh environment making them sustainable cause effective and efficient alternative to conventional approaches. They adjust to this harsh condition through Biochemical and physiological adaptations are generate products like Extremolytes, Extremozymes and Bio-surfactants which prove valuable across a broad spectrum of industries include Sustainable Agriculture, Food production, Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals. Plant-Microbe interactions are evolutionarily preferred dynamic relationship that forms extrinsic and intrinsic components of our ecosystem. Extremophiles that thrive at Harsh environment have relationship between genetical and physiological characteristics that allow them to live in a world range of extreme situations. Plant associated microorganisms from severe habitats are increasingly being studied for the benefits to both plant and the environment, driving global study.
