EOSC Track - D5.3 Dissemination, communication and exploitation plan
he EOSC Track project will develop and operate the EOSC Open Science Observatory, a policy intelligence tool that will monitor policies, investments, digital research outputs, skills, and infrastructure. EOSC Track's mission is to simplify and streamline monitoring in the European Open Science ecosystem, to bring a common understanding of collecting and interpreting data appropriate for monitoring, and to assist policymakers and research executives across Europe in understanding, shaping, and aligning policies and implementation. Given the complexity and scope of the EOSC Track, a well-defined release and deployment strategy is essential to ensure that newly developed features are systematically tested, validated, and integrated into the live environment in a controlled and secure manner, minimising risks and maximising operational readiness. The primary objective of the Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation Plan is to promote acceptance and uptake of the EOSC Open Science Observatory by key actor groups across Europe. This document represents the third version of the Dissemination, Communication, and Exploitation Plan, updated to reflect the evolving priorities and developments of the EOSC Track project. In this version, we have revised Chapter 3 to reflect updated communication channels and included detailed information on the EOSC Open Science Observatory launch (Chapter 3.2.1). Additionally, Chapter 4 (Exploitation Plan) has been refined to focus on the Observatory as the project's sole Key Exploitable Result, while Chapters 5 and 6 have been updated to align with these changes and also to report on progress made. This living document will continue to evolve to ensure that our dissemination, communication, and exploitation strategies remain effective, relevant, and responsive to stakeholder needs and the dynamic Open Science policy landscape. * This project deliverable is currently pending approval by the EC.
