Rural women sustainable development through Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee programme(MGNREGA)

Abstract Government of India introduced Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee act across India September 2005, The objective of this programme is rural women sustainable development, providing at least 100 days of guaranteed wage employment , to every household women adult members , volunteer to do unskilled manner. As well as to developed tanks, roads, canals, ponds and wells , agriculture, different sectors of village community. The scheme encourages a sense of community and collective responsibility by strengthening Panchayat Raj institutions.
