BIOTECHNOLOGICAL POTENTIAL OF ACTINOMYCETES IN THE DRIED REGION OF THE ARAL SEA AND STRATEGY FOR OBTAINING SECONDARY METABOLITES

The dried regions of the Aral Sea are characterized by harsh environmental conditions, making the microorganisms in this area, particularly actinomycetes, of great biotechnological significance. The objective of this study is to evaluate the biotechnological potential of actinomycetes isolated from this region and to develop a strategy for obtaining secondary metabolites from them. The Koch method is used to isolate actinomycetes from the soil, allowing for the purification of target microorganisms and the study of their physiological and biochemical properties. The obtained strains are analyzed for their bioactivity, and secondary metabolites with antibacterial and antifungal properties are extracted. The findings of this study hold significant scientific and practical importance in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and ecological sustainability, expanding opportunities for the production of new bioactive compounds and their industrial applications.
