Autenticação do efeito de real como estratégia enunciativa da desinformação: o jornalismo audiovisual sobre a “cloroquinação” no canal de Jair Bolsonaro no YouTube
This article examines how fake news uses audiovisual journalism’s strategies for authenticating reality to generate a real effect in its narratives. Taking as its object of reflection, the sociopolitical event known as the cloroquination of the COVID-19 pandemic, the research uses bibliographic research methodologies on key concepts such as fake news and authenticating reality, as well as an Analysis of Audiovisual Materiality involving 14 journalistic videos that were reposted on the YouTube channel of the then president of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro. Through seven analytical axes, it was found that most of the content was manipulated in its audiovisual composition, contributing to the real effect in defense of the belief in cures using drugs without proven efficacy. The results indicate belief as a necessary attribute for authenticating the real effect of fake news.
