STUDI EKSPLORATIF TERHADAP MANAJEMEN PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI PUSKESMAS MONTASIK KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR TAHUN 2024

This research aims to assess the implementation of the stunting prevention program at the Montasik Community Health Center by focusing on input, process, and output aspects. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach using in-depth interview methods which took place from 13-26 June 2024. This research involved 30 informants, including the Head of the Community Health Center, officers in charge of the stunting program, Village Midwives, Posyandu Cadres, as well as mothers who regularly and not routinely bring children to Posyandu. The research results show that in the input aspect, the Montasik Community Health Center runs a national program regulated by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Home Affairs, through the regent's regulatory policies. Funding for this program comes from the Ministry of Health's Non-Fisik DAK, which covers various health initiatives. In conclusion, the stunting prevention program at the Montasik Community Health Center has been implemented according to national guidelines by involving various related parties.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pelaksanaan program pencegahan stunting di Puskesmas Montasik dengan menitik beratkan pada aspek input, proses, dan output. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam yang berlangsung pada 13-26 Juni 2024. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 informan, termasuk Kepala Puskesmas, petugas penanggung jawab program stunting, Bidan Desa, Kader Posyandu, serta ibu yang rutin maupun tidak rutin membawa anak ke Posyandu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek input, Puskesmas Montasik menjalankan program secara nasional yang diatur oleh Kementerian Kesehatan dan Kementerian Dalam Negeri, melalui kebijakan peraturan bupati. Pendanaan program ini bersumber dari DAK Nonfisik Kementerian Kesehatan, yang mencakup berbagai inisiatif kesehatan. Kesimpulannya, program pencegahan stunting di Puskesmas Montasik telah dilaksanakan sesuai pedoman nasional dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak terkait.
