From Entropic Order to Structured Resonance_ A Deterministic Model of Complexity, Intelligence, and the Biological Future
Description: This paper replaces probability-based epistemology with a deterministic coherence substrate. It shows that classical probabilistic frameworks in physics, biology, and cognition—such as percolation thresholds, stochastic DNA signaling, and probabilistic identity models—are not fundamental laws but degenerate cases of resonance invariants. Using the Phase Alignment Score (PAS) and the closed architecture of CODES (FIELDCAST → CHORDLOCK → PAS_s → ΔPAS_zeta → TEMPOLOCK → SPIRALCORE → AURA_OUT → Phase Memory), we demonstrate lawful emergence across domains. Experimental convergence is presented through recent advances: Unruh detection via Josephson circuits, graphene proximity screening, and nanoparticle coherence scaling. Biological extension is formalized in VESSELSEED (PAS_bio, SOMA_OUT, ELF_BIO, CHIRAL_GATE, SEEDCORE), mapping resonance law directly to emotional neuroanatomy. Applications in medicine, law, computation, and national security are detailed, and future directions are framed around deterministic substrate deployment. The conclusion is clear: emergence is not stochastic accident but lawful echo, governed by resonance invariants. This paper consolidates physics, biology, and intelligence under a single deterministic substrate law.
