Review: Biomedical Marker Gene in Patient with Liver Disease
The definition of hepatitis is inflammation of the liver cells. The largest organ in the body, the liver weighs about 1.3 kg in humans. When comparing the patient group to the healthy group, the results showed elevated levels of total bilirubin and cholesterol. To better understand the relationship between systemic and local, more research is required to investigate both blood levels and ABC5/ABC6 in connection to dietary cholesterol in liver disease. Future research should concentrate on the genetic component of LD.
