The Analysis of Differences and Relationships between Stress and Dance Flow according to Major and Career of Dance Majors
The research objective: The purpose of this study was to find out the difference between dance stress and dance flow according to the major and career of dance majors, and to find out how stress affects the flow. The methodology employed: To solve this purpose, high school college dance majors were sampled to collect data on dance stress and dance flow, and the research results were calculated based on the data analysis procedure according to their careers and majors. There was no statistically significant difference in dance majors according to stress levels, but the difference in stress according to dance careers was high in the group under 5 years. Second, the difference in dance majors according to dance flow showed a high level in some flow factors in modern dance, and the difference according to career also showed a higher flow level in the group over 10 years than the group over 5 years. Finally, as a result of conducting a correlation analysis between dance stress and dance flow, it was found that dance stress had some negative correlation with dance flow, and in particular, as a result of multiple regression analysis, automatic experience flow decreased as dance stress increased. The overall inclusion: This study is judged to have provided information explaining the importance of stress management among dance majors because immersion that affects successful dance performances negatively affects stress.
