On repulsive geodesic motion in Bondi-Sachs spacetime
In this paper, we analyze the geodesic motion in the Bondi-Sachs spacetime within the framework of the Teleparallel Equivalent of General Relativity (TEGR). We investigate the repulsive nature of geodesics and demonstrate that the acceleration tensor is negative along these trajectories. We build on the idea that gravitational repulsion can arise particularly in the presence of gravitational radiation for a geodesic movement. By deriving the geodesic equations and analyzing the energy transfer from the gravitational field to a test particle, we establish that geodesic motion in the Bondi-Sachs spacetime exhibits a repulsive nature.
