Fibonacci H Algorithm for Patient Data Anonymization
The Fibonacci H Algorithm provides a simple, deterministic, and reversible method for anonymizing data in the NaftiUree GGB study. Its use of Fibonacci indices ensures a structured approach, while the human-readable format (e.g., Neca Pera 59) facilitates integration into research work-flows. The low collision probability supports its reliability for small-scale studies (e.g., 50–100 tokens). Future work will extend the algorithm with secure database storage (e.g., SQLite with encryption) and scalability for larger cohorts. *(Suitable for any other healthcare or related professional who requires portability and data security.)
