D1.2 First version of the Conceptual Framework and literature review

This deliverable presents the initial version of the SOSFood project's conceptual framework. It is based on a literature review covering the food system's configuration, key actors, and boundaries, as well as the role of digitalisation and AI technologies in driving the transition towards a more sustainable food system.The Conceptual Framework is developed using a two-step methodology. The current version includes the initial summary of the literature on the topic addressed. Thus, the following steps will be to co-create a validated version through a grounded test.
