PoR: Proof of Resonance — A Trust Layer for Cryptography, AI, and Complex Systems

Executive SummaryProof of Resonance (PoR) is a new trust protocol that measures resonance — the alignment ofnumber, form, and context — instead of consuming energy (PoW) or locking capital (PoS). It offersa universal layer of coherence for blockchain networks, AI systems, and data infrastructures. Keywords• Proof of Resonance (PoR)• Resonant Core• Cryptographic consensus• Photonic Integrated Circuits (PIC)• Quantum Key Distribution (QKD)• DeFi trust layer• SOUL token• AGI trust substrate• Governance systems• Trust infrastructure
