Digital Supply Chain Explained

This is Version 2 of my research paper on digital supply chains, originally developed as part of graduate coursework in Engineering Management. The updated version expands the literature review with recent academic sources, introduces a conceptual framework comparing traditional and digital supply chains, and incorporates a case study of Amazon’s logistics ecosystem. It also includes new sections on limitations and directions for future research. This revision reflects ongoing academic development and provides a more comprehensive analysis of how digital technologies and digital twins are transforming global supply chain resilience.
