A Path Beyond Left vs. Right: A TRO/MKO Playbook for Convergence
This monograph applies the TRO/MKO kernel to partisan governance, reframing left–right conflict as a solvable control problem. Instead of debating abstractions, the playbook uses event-valued ledgers, minimal-trigger optimality, and typal closure to count harms, enact remedies, and certify structural closure without coercion. The framework introduces the three-stage confirmation operator : Cohort Replay, Stress Drills, and Live Monitoring, ensuring each political hazard class is permanently closed while freedom remains preserved. A worked example (ECON-INEQ: preventable evictions) demonstrates how a single trigger event, remedy package, and monitored confirmation can turn recurring partisan flashpoints into solved problems. External validation includes adversarial review by Google DeepMind’s Gemini model, which acknowledged TRO/MKO as robust in low-trust environments and simulated the full -confirmation process, verifying >90% harm prevention under remedy and robustness under stress scenarios. This paper positions TRO/MKO not as ideology but as an operational, falsifiable governance framework—one that can be tested in randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with measurable outcomes such as incident-rate decline, grievance half-life, and freedom-preservation entropy.
