The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into educational systems marks a transformative shift in how teaching and learning are conceptualized, delivered, and assessed. This interdisciplinary study explores the complex intersection of AI with ethical dilemmas, pedagogical innovations, and policy challenges in 21st-century education. Drawing from educational theory, digital ethics, and policy studies, the paper examines pressing concerns such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the evolving role of teachers in AI-supported classrooms. It also analyses how AI reshapes pedagogical practices through personalization, adaptive learning systems, and competency-based education. The study further evaluates current policy frameworks and highlights the urgent need for inclusive, equitable, and transparent governance mechanisms. Through this multiperspective inquiry, the article contributes to a more nuanced understanding of AI's potential and pitfalls in education and offers strategic recommendations for ethical and policy-aligned integration of AI in diverse educational contexts
