Extracting Energy from Quantum Foam
This paper outlines a bold but testable proposition: that spacetime foam, as modeled in the Foam–Plexus Theory of Everything, can be biased to yield usable energy. We present a near-term prototype design (PR–1, cost ∼ $5 M, table-top scale) capable of producing non-thermal power at the microwatt level, unambiguously sourced from zero-point fluctuations. If validated, scaling to commercial plants (PHN–1 modules,∼1 GW each at∼$0.01/kWh) becomes a clear engineering path, rivaling or surpassing fusion in efficiency, safety, and cost. The timeline is short: proof- of-principle within 2 years, pilot plants within a decade. The payoff is transformative—clean, limitless energy with spillovers into quantum computing, medical imaging, and cosmology. The risk is modest; the reward is nothing less than an energy revolution.
