METHODOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PREVENTIVE COMPETENCE IN MEDICAL EDUCATION BASED ON CREATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND INTERACTIVE METHODS
The increasing burden of chronic and lifestyle-related diseases highlights the urgent need to strengthen preventive competence in medical education. This study presents a methodology for developing preventive competence among medical students through the integration of creative technologies and interactive teaching methods. A quasi-experimental design was conducted with 110 medical students divided into experimental and control groups. Preventive competence was evaluated across three dimensions: cognitive, behavioral, and motivational. The experimental group received training using creative pedagogical approaches, including simulation, multimedia-supported learning, project assignments, and case-based discussions, while the control group studied with traditional lecture-based methods.
