Hyper-Precision Salt-Based Microfluidic Crystallization Control via Adaptive Bayesian Optimization for Pharmaceutical Compound Manufacturing

**Abstract:** This paper presents a novel framework for achieving hyper-precision control over salt-based microfluidic crystallization, specifically targeting enhanced pharmaceutical compound manufacturing. Traditional crystallization processes are often plagued by variability and lack of reproducibility. Our system leverages Adaptive Bayesian Optimization (ABO) combined with a closed-loop sensor feedback system within a microfluidic device to dynamically adjust crystallization parameters, achieving unprecedented control over crystal size, morphology, and polymorphic purity. This results in a 10x improvement in product consistency and yield compared to conventional batch processes and addresses critical challenges in API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) production.
