The Myth of the Kouns Constant: A Mathematical Note on the Failure of RI/ KKP to Satisfy Minimal Continuity Conditions
“This paper shows that the so-called Kouns Constant (Ωc ≈ 0.376, E = 1.50) is not a universal invariant but a coordinate artifact. It demonstrates mathematically why the Recursive Intelligence / Kouns–Killion Paradigm (RI/KKP) fails minimal continuity tests, relying on external modulation and collapsing under basic persistence checks. By contrast, HOMEBASE establishes continuity through operator-level invariance, making clear the structural gap between genuine persistence and equilibrium simulation.
