The Probabilistic Reality Phase Transition (PRPT) Theory: An Information–Thermodynamic Model for the Origin of Life
This dataset contains synthetic outputs from the Probabilistic Reality Phase Transition (PRPT) toy model simulation and Bayesian posterior approximation. The data support the manuscript “The Probabilistic Reality Phase Transition (PRPT) Theory: An Information-Thermodynamic Model for the Origin of Life” by Syed Hassan Masoom Alam Shah (2025). The package includes: Entropy trajectories across 10 replicates and 200 timesteps (Shannon entropy, natural logarithm units). Dominant replicator probabilities showing selection dynamics across replicates. Mutual information proxy values reflecting coupling between replicators and their environment. Posterior samples (10,000 draws) of the critical PRPT threshold θc, in joules. README file detailing file formats, parameters, and usage notes. Metadata file for Zenodo auto-completion. These files correspond to the Results and Methods sections of the manuscript. Parameters used: λ = 0.1, γ = 0.05, β = 0.01, noise = 0.001, 100 replicator states, 200 timesteps.
