IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PREVENTIVE COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS ON THE BASIS OF A CREATIVE APPROACH IN MEDICAL EDUCATION

The rapid transformation of healthcare and the increasing prevalence of chronic diseases have emphasized the importance of preventive competence among future medical professionals. This study aims to improve the methodology of developing preventive competence of medical students through the integration of creative approaches in the educational process. A mixed-method design was applied, combining a pedagogical experiment with qualitative feedback analysis. Preventive competence was assessed across three dimensions: cognitive (knowledge of prevention strategies), behavioral (skills in preventive practice), and motivational (value orientation toward prevention). The creative approach included problem-based learning, case simulations, project assignments, and multimedia-supported tasks.
