Cruise report for 2025_SA_05. Technical Report No. 138

The 2025_SA_05 cruise occurred between the 05th and 11th of June 2025, starting in Sisimiut andarriving in Aasiaat. The main aim of the cruise was to fill knowledge gaps around coastal seabedhabitats in Greenland. For that purpose, we mapped the seafloor, surveyed species communitiesliving in and on the seafloor, measured oceanographic conditions and assessed sedimentbiogeochemistry along 5 fjord gradients (from fjord end, or glacier terminus to fjord mouth) in theQeqqata and Qeqertalik region of west Greenland. The individual fjords represented differentenvironmental conditions from having no, or little glacier input to being influenced by land andmarine terminating glaciers.
