AbstractThis study examines the impact of emotional release and self-regulation techniques on performance in organizational and academic settings, highlighting the importance of emotion management for enhancing well-being, reducing stress, and increasing productivity. The results suggest a positive correlation between the use of self-regulation techniques and improvements in both individual and group performance, demonstrating the essential role of interventions in reducing stress and optimizing professional and academic outcomes. The discussion focuses on both theoretical and practical implications, offering recommendations for the implementation of these strategies in training programs and organizational interventions, thereby contributing to the development of a healthy and productive work and educational environment.
