SurePath: An AI‑Enabled Platform for Installation Management and Order‑to‑Cash Acceleration

This paper introduces SurePath, an AI-enabled platform designed to streamline installation management and accelerate the order-to-cash cycle for scientific instrumentation and similar products. Main Objective SurePath aims to reduce installation cycle time, improve shipment and installation quality, and accelerate revenue recognition by standardizing the end-to-end order process, integrating proactive guardrails, and leveraging digital self-service and AI scheduling. Key Features Implements a modular architecture with service tiers: Concierge, Preferred, and Customer Command Center. Offers a comprehensive KPI framework and an experimental design to evaluate causal impact. Addresses fragmented processes by introducing standardized blueprints, telemetry-rich orchestration, and AI-assisted scheduling for enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency. Impact and Methodology The platform’s rollout uses a stepped-wedge experimental design and modern causal inference techniques to measure effects on installation cycle time, customer effort, and revenue latency. Detailed appendices document KPIs, gate criteria, data lineage, and governance protocols. This study demonstrates a practical path to scaled adoption of an AI-driven installation journey that delivers measurable operational and customer outcomes.
