Universal Resonance Cascade Theory as a Planning Tool: Early-Stage Cost and Risk Analysis for Industrial Scale-Up
We present an exploratory application of the Universal Resonance Cascade Theory (URCT) as a planning framework for large-scale industrial projects.Using only publicly available information, we develop a cost-risk model for the Silva Green Fuel demonstration plant (Tofte, Norway) and show how URCT can reveal hidden cost drivers—quality iterations, downtime, market volatility—at the early planning stage. All data and calculations are based on open sources and independent assumptions; the authors make no proprietary claims and welcome peer validation and critical review. We gratefully acknowledge the people of Norway for the open data culture and the opportunity to study a project of national importance, and we invite researchers, engineers and economists worldwide to test, refine and challenge this model for other technologies and geographies.*
