Enhanced Silver Nanowire (AgNW) Electrode Performance through Dynamic Hyper-Parameter Optimization & Adaptive Cross-linking
**Abstract:** This paper proposes an innovative methodology for significantly improving the mechanical and electrical performance of AgNW electrodes employed in flexible electronics. We address the persistent limitations of AgNW electrodes: high sheet resistance, brittleness, and susceptibility to oxidation, through a dynamic hyper-parameter optimization (DHPO) framework applied to an adaptive cross-linking process. The DHPO system leverages a multi-layered evaluation pipeline to assess electrode performance in real-time, autonomously adjusting cross-linking agent concentrations and curing times to achieve optimal conductivity and mechanical robustness. This approach moves beyond traditional, static cross-linking methods, enabling the creation of AgNW networks with a tenfold increase in durability and a 20% reduction in sheet resistance compared to existing state-of-the-art techniques. The system is immediately commercializable for applications spanning flexible displays, wearable sensors, and printed electronics, offering substantial improvements in device lifespan and performance.
