HARPOCRATES Project Poster

The HARPOCRATES project develops practical cryptographic schemes that enable secure data analysis while preserving privacy. By combining advanced encryption with differential privacy, the project delivers GDPR-compliant tools that support interoperable, automated, and sector-adaptable solutions. These technologies allow institutions to collaborate and extract value from sensitive data without exposing raw information. Two real-world demonstrators validate this approach. The first focuses on cybersecurity, where encrypted anomaly detection and secure alert sharing enable public authorities and CERTs to identify coordinated attacks without exchanging raw system logs. The second addresses sleep medicine, where encrypted AI methods allow hospitals to train and use diagnostic models on EEG data, achieving high accuracy while protecting patient privacy. Together, these demonstrators highlight how HARPOCRATES bridges the gap between cutting-edge cryptographic research and operational tools that can be deployed across domains, from cyber threat detection to healthcare.
