Management of the Resource Potential of Agricultural Enterprises to Enhance their Competitiveness

The article summarizes scientific approaches to interpreting the essence and structure of the resource potential of an agricultural enterprise under modern economic conditions. The interrelation between the concept of "resource potential" and other economic categories such as "resources", "potential", "resource availability", and "resource efficiency" has been established. The study identifies factors influencing the efficiency of resource potential management and the formation of competitive advantages of agricultural enterprises. Principles for managing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises are outlined. The article proposes tools and directions for improving the management of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises, taking into account the strategic priorities of agricultural development. Recommendations are provided for effective management, optimal use of enterprise resources, enhanced flexibility in decision-making, and enterprise adaptation to modern challenges.
