SCIENTIFIC METHODS FOR THE STUDY OF LANGUAGE AND WRITTEN POLICY IN KYRGYZ SOCIETY

This scientific article, presented to the scientific community, explores the scientific principles and methods of research into the development and evolution of language and writing policy in Kyrgyz society during the Soviet period. As the scientific principles and methods in the implementation of historical research were investigated such principles as the principle of historical objectivity, realizing the presence of historical prerequisites in the formation and development of the national writing of the Kyrgyz people, showing the versatility and contradiction of any historical process and lies in the fact that socio-economic, socio-cultural and socio-political development can be studied comprehensively in historical perspective, depending on the chronological framework of the study, the principle of preserving the connection between historical phenomena, which is based on taking into account the relationship of language and written policy in Kyrgyz society, the development of legal norms without separating them from each other, the principle of considering history as a holistic process, found in the study of historical causes of development and evolution of the historical process, along with historical principles that allow the study of historical phenomena in human history, their mutual connection and mutual influence depending on the specific historical situation, and as methods of historical research were carried out general scientific methods and methods such as historical-genetic, historical-relativistic, historical-systematic, induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, comparison, critical analysis.
