Automated Semantic Graph Construction and Knowledge Fusion for Dynamic Software System Validation

**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel framework for automated semantic graph construction and knowledge fusion, enabling dynamic validation of large-scale software systems. Leveraging static analysis, dynamic profiling, and natural language processing techniques, the system creates a multi-layered semantic graph representing the system's architecture, functionality, and dependencies. This graph is then continuously updated with runtime data and integrated with external knowledge sources (API documentation, bug reports, expert reviews) via a knowledge fusion engine. The resulting dynamic semantic graph facilitates proactive fault detection, improved code quality, and enhanced understanding of complex software systems, offering a significant advance over traditional validation methods. This aligns with a key trend in Software 2.0 to create intrinsically verifiable and continuously monitored systems. We predict a 30% reduction in debugging time and a 15% improvement in software reliability within 3 years of adoption.
