aUPaEU D6.2 Report about the planned test with user groups with the Minimum Viable Solution (MVS) of the Agora of Acceleration Services
This deliverable presents the planned testing approach for the Minimum Viable Solution (MVS) of the Agora of acceleration services. It outlines the structure, methodology, and key evaluation criteria for assessing the services' usability, effectiveness, and impact on institutional transformation. The document details the testing process, specifying the activities to be carried out, the methodology to follow, the intended timeline, and the key performance indicators (KPIs) that will guide the evaluation. The planned tests aim to gather actionable insights to refine the MVS and ensure its alignment with user needs and institutional objectives. The testing outcomes will identify potential improvements, assess alignment with user needs and perceived value, and highlight usability issues, adoption barriers, and areas for refinement. This will ensure a more seamless user experience while evaluating the service’s impact on institutional processes, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement. The results of these tests will not only inform the evolution of the services and platform but will also influence the work of other work packages, guiding further development and the strategic direction of the project.
