Трансгресія синтаксичних меж у сучасній візуальній та верлібровій поезії

The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of syntactic transgression as a key tool for creating a new poetic form in Ukrainian literature of the late 20th – early 21st centuries. The purpose of the study is to determine the features of syntactic transgression in the context of visual and verse poetry, as well as to identify its role in the formation of aesthetic and semantic innovations. The article examines how modern Ukrainian poets, using syntactic experiments, overcome traditional linguistic boundaries, creating unique poetic structures that expand the boundaries of text perception. Methodologically, the article presents a combination of literary-stylistic, structural-semantic, comparative, intertextual, visual-semiotic, cognitive and culturological methods. The study covers the work of such contemporary Ukrainian poets as Vasyl Makhno, Katrina Haddad, Nazar Honchar, Mykola Sarma- Sokolovsky, whose experiments with visual poetry and verlibre demonstrate innovative approaches to syntax. It analyzes how the violation of syntactic norms (ellipsis, parcellation, anaphora, syntactic parallelism) contributes to the creation of multi-layered meanings and visual-poetic effects. The results of the study indicate that syntactic transgression in Ukrainian poetry performs several functions: first, it destroys traditional narrative structures, allowing poets to create fragmentary, associative texts that reflect their worldview; second, it enhances the visual component of poetry, where the arrangement of words, gaps, and symbols on the page becomes part of the meaning; third, transgression contributes to the dialogue between the text and the reader, involving the latter in the active co- creation of meaning. Therefore, syntactic transgression is not only a technique, but also a worldview that reflects the aspiration of modern Ukrainian poets for freedom of expression and rethinking of literary traditions. This process contributes to the formation of a new poetic paradigm that combines verbal, visual and rhythmic elements.
