FTIR SPECTROSCOPIC CHARACTERIZATION OF MANGANESE DOPED NICKEL OXIDE: UNDERSTANDING FUNCTIONAL GROUP MODIFICATIONS FOR DRUG DELIVERY
Nickel oxide doped manganese extends various biocompatible and biological interaction capacities, which results in superior stability. As such, Nio nanoparticles exhibit remarkable optical, electrical as well as magnetic properties that make them suitable for several biomedical applications. Further, additives like PEG or Cellulose enhance cosmetic properties of the particles, minimize toxicity while facilitating extended drug delivery. Hydrothermal technique enables the synthesis of Mn-doped Nio nanoparticles which are then analyzed through Fourier transform FTIR. FTIR spectra indicated molecular structure and bonding.
