D2.5 Integrated online monitoring platform
In WP2, INL is focused on developing an autonomous system for the monitoring of relevant target contaminants in runoff waters, including metals (Zn and Ni), small microplastics, and CECs (triazines and 6PPD-Quinone). This deliverable describes the integration of sample preparation and sensing modules with acquisition systems and communications in a single platform (task 2.4). The developed modules (sample preparation and detection modules) were assembled into a single functional device and connected to test the complete system operation (e.g., interfaces or communication protocols). Moreover, the controller unit with software to manage the hardware sequences (e.g., intra-module communications), data management, and remote wireless communication is described.
