Configuration of Distributed Wind-Storage System for Extreme Scenario of Distribution Network Under EV Participation

In order to solve the problem of voltage over-limit caused by high-permeability distributed wind power access to the distribution network, the optimal configuration of distributed wind-storage system for extreme scenarios of distribution network under electric vehicle (EV) participation is researched. Firstly, the uncertainty models of wind power output, load and EVs are established. Then, a large number of relatively complete source-load operation scenario data are generated by Monte Carlo, and an extreme scenario extraction method based on source-load balance entropy is established. Secondly, taking the wind farm as the cluster center, according to the voltage sensitivity index, a cluster division method based on the fixed cluster center is proposed. Then, considering the safe operation of the distribution network and the economic benefits of operators, a configuration model of self-configured energy storage (SCES) system of wind farms is constructed. Finally, the IEEE 33-node distribution network is used for example analysis. Compared with the existing configuration methods, it is found that using the proposed method the number of over-limit voltage is 0, and the network loss can be reduced by 48.23%. The proposed method can realize the optimal configuration of SCES capacity of each wind farm with EV participation, ensure the voltage stability of the distribution network in extreme scenarios, and improve the operation economy of the wind-storage system.
