Enhanced Bioresorbable Scaffolds for Accelerated Bone Regeneration via Dynamic Micro-Environment Modulation
**Abstract:** This research details a novel approach to bone regeneration utilizing bioresorbable scaffolds engineered to dynamically modulate the local micro-environment through sequential release of bioactive molecules. Leveraging advancements in 3D-printing, microfluidic encapsulation, and predictive modeling, we present a scaffold design that optimizes cellular adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation, resulting in significantly accelerated bone regeneration compared to established methods. The system employs a hierarchical release strategy of growth factors and peptides, monitored and adjusted via an integrated sensor network, achieving a 35% increase in bone volume within a 12-week period in a murine model.
