D2.2 - Guidelines for new communities integration

This deliverable is intended to help new communities understand EPOS regulations regarding the establishment of a new TCS as well as to provide some practical recommendations for smoother integration of new communities into EPOS RI. This document should be read side-by-side with the Chapter 2.2 “Establishment of a TCS” of the “EPOS ERIC Implementing Rules, Section 2”. Present text provides an extensively commented version of these regulations. Practical recommendations provided inline with the official regulations regarding different stages of the establishment of a new TCS facilitate the understanding of ‘how EPOS works?’ and assist faster and smoother integration of new communities into the Research Infrastructure.
