Inovasi Terapi Pijat Dan Terapi Musik Klasik Terhadap Status Hemodinamik Dan Peningkatan Berat Badan Pada Pasien Bblr

Infants with low birth weight (LBW), particularly those born prematurely, are at a heightened risk of physiological instability, feeding difficulties, and weight loss due to organ immaturity. This study investigates the effects of massage therapy and classical music therapy on stabilizing hemodynamic status and promoting weight gain in LBW infants. A case study was conducted involving a single infant who received treatment over three consecutive days, which included 15 minutes of massage therapy and 30 minutes of classical music therapy, administered twice daily in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of Aji Muhammad Parikesit Tenggarong Hospital. Hemodynamic parameters, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, along with body weight, were measured before and after the intervention. The results indicated a significant improvement in hemodynamic stability and an increase in body weight following the intervention.
