From Spectrum to Fixed Point: The Riemann Zeta Function as Spectral Collapse
We demonstrate that the Riemann zeta function emerges as the unique fixed point of spectral collapse operators arising from the trinity-structured spectral analysis developed in Paper R3. The zeta function is not arbitrary but represents the inevitableequilibrium between discrete arithmetic structure and continuous spectral flow. We prove that any spectral collapse process respecting the (2/3, 1/3, 0) trinity weights and the golden ratio scaling must converge to ζ(s). This provides a new understanding of the Riemann Hypothesis as a statement about the balance between ϕ-growth and π-oscillation.
