Resource and service support for the digital maturity of the architecture of dairy agricultural organizations

The process approach in dairy cattle breeding is based on a scientifically based production organization, including optimization of animal feeding, maintenance and breeding, the introduction of modern milking technologies and multilevel milk quality control. The key elements are digital productivity monitoring, veterinary and sanitary control and economic analysis, ensuring increased efficiency and competitiveness of production. The study of the resource-service model in dairy cattle breeding is based on the work of domestic scientists devoted to optimizing production processes in the industry. The use of logical, logical-structural and spatial analysis methods allowed us to structure the service components of the model and identify key resource flows that ensure the sustainable development of dairy farms. The resource and service model for ensuring the process maturity of dairy cattle breeding is an adapted approach to managing production processes based on the systematic use of logistical, technological and organizational resources, as well as specialized services to achieve the optimal level of maturity of the production system. The article examines the key aspects of the digital transformation of dairy farming, including an analysis of the main barriers to achieving digital maturity (limited Internet availability, lack of funding, low digital literacy of staff). Special attention is paid to the resource-service model as an effective digitalization tool that allows combining internal resources of enterprises with external services (veterinary, analytical, technological) to achieve a synergistic effect. The implementation of the resource-service model in dairy cattle breeding demonstrates its effectiveness by optimizing the use of external resources (rental of milking equipment, mobile veterinary services, cloud analytics systems) and specialized services, which allows organizations to achieve significant cost savings while improving product quality. At the same time, the internal control system, based on functional and cost analysis and regular evaluation of the effectiveness of service components, ensures continuous improvement of production processes and rational allocation of resources.
