This report provides a comprehensive assessment of the global production situation of major grain and oil crops in 2025, utilizing multi-source satellite remote sensing, ground observations, and meteorological data through the CropWatch cloud platform. It focuses on analysing the impacts of extreme weather events on agricultural production and conducts remote sensing-based monitoring of crop planted area, yield, and total production in eight key grain-producing countries, including China, the United States, and India, etc. Furthermore, the report includes a review of wheat production in the Northern Hemisphere and offers yield forecasts for maize and soybeans in the same region, as well as for rice in equatorial regions.
