Ambition-Sourced Hostility: From Ambition to Constraints in Xeno-Architecture
AI architecture is stuck between intra-paradigm optimization and biomimetic reenactment. Xeno-architecture offers a third path: design for an adversarial milieu—audit, incident, regulation— so that unfamiliar, provable forms must be born. This note introduces a refinement: the generative role of ambition. Instead of receiving constraints from the world, we compile the structure of an ambition into an ecology of hostility—obligations, invariants, proofs, shocks—that any design must survive. We outline the conceptual move, state falsifiable tests, and give a proof-by-example vignette, while withholding implementation IP. A companion Spec Pack (A→H) operationalizes the compiler from ambition to constraints.
